St. James School offers an on-campus Extended Care Program (ECP) for all SJS students. Morning care is available from 7:00AM - 7:30AM, and afternoon care runs from 2:45PM - 6:00PM on all school days, including early dismissal days.
The afternoon program includes snack time, supervised homework, and structured play in a safe and supportive environment. Drop-in care is also available at an hourly rate for families who need occasional before- or after-school care.
ECP fees are based on an 18 school-day month, and all billing is managed through the FACTS tuition and fees system.

Daily Rate of $20 per child.
Pickup after 6:00PM will be billed by the minute at the rate of $2/minute.

All fees will be billed through the FACTS Management System for the prior month. Invoices will be emailed to each family monthly, and applicable fees will be deducted automatically.
