Altar Service

St. James students starting in 4th grade are eligible to train and participate as an altar server for Masses at St. James Church. Students attend parent introduction meetings, participate in two hands on training sessions at church and complete a simple quiz upon completion of training. Student altar servers can serve at school masses and special masses during holy days of obligation.
