STAR Testing

Students are assessed 4 times a year using Renaissance STAR, a standardized assessment protocol.  Students in grades 2 - 8 are assessed in Reading and Math.  Students in Kindergarten and 1st grade are assessed in Early Literacy which measures reading readiness. These short 30 minute tests provide teachers with learning data.  The tests are computer adaptive, which means they adjust to each answer your child provides. 

 

Results are sent home to parents after each testing window.
