• $525 per table with seating for 8 guests
• Only 16 tables available (first come first served!)
• Limit 2 tables per reservation name

 Single Ticket Instructions:
 Bring Your Friends! 

• $75 per single entrance ticket
• Reserve for 1-4 seats at an open table
• The person listed on this form is the primary contact for the table and is responsible for full payment. 
• Each entrance ticket includes: 
  • 1 set bingo cards for all 8 bingo games
  • Bingo daubers

Please note: If you are a currently enrolled SJS Family and would like to pay by cash or check, please stop by the school office Monday-Thursday between 8a-3p to reserve your table/tickets. Payment is due at time of reservation. If you would like to save time, please complete the form below and pay by credit/debit card.
